Remember to breathe at the office or workplace

Tip and challenge for the working day: breath and activate your diaphragm and calm your mind – 3 minutes excercise for office or your workplace.

Put a timer on your phone for 3 minutes. Close your eyes. Straighten your spine. Bring your right hand to your stomach and just breath towards your hand. Inhale and exhale through your nostrils. Feel how your hand is moving with the rhythm of the breath. Visualize how you reach each cell at your lungs and how you fill and grow like a balloon. If your minds get busy, start calculating for example 4 to inhale, and 4 to exhale, or choose 6 if it feels better for you. After 3 minutes you can analyse how the normal, natural breath goes smoothly.

Replace coffee break with this. Enjoy breathing – life is simple.
